Our Dedicated Team Division provides opportunities to team drivers who want to run consistent routes to a regular stable of customers. Working as a team driver for our Dedicated Service Division allows you to have a predictable work schedule where you can plan your time away from work with reasonable certainty.
Covenant is constantly growing our Dedicated Service Division, and searching for excellent experienced drivers to take on these new routes to provide high service levels to our account base. We encourage drivers to apply who want to experience a lifestyle on the open road with few stops. We can pair you with another team driver, or we encourage drivers to team with a qualified family member or friend who meets all of our requirements (see below).

- - Have a valid Class A CDL
- - Be at least 21 yrs of age
- - 3 months of verifiable interstate tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months
- - Obtain Hazmat endorsement within 6 months of hire
- - Verifiable employment for the past 3 yrs
- - No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 yrs (no reckless driving in last 3 yrs)
- - No more than 1 preventable accident in a motor vehicle in last 3 yrs
- - No DUI, drug/alcohol-related motor vehicle incidents in last 5 yrs (no more than 1 total and none as
a CDL-endorsed driver)
- - No drug/violent felony convictions within past 10 yrs—no current parole or arrest warrants
- - No license suspensions in the last 12 months—no more than one in last 3 yrs
- - No speeding citations of 15 mph or above in last 12 months
- - Must pass drug test, DOT/Covenant physical and Covenant Physical Aptitude Test and meet DOT
