Our Dedicated division provides opportunities to team drivers who want to run consistent routes to a regular stable of customers. Working as a team driver for our Dedicated Service Division allows you to have a predicable work schedule where you can plan your time away from work with equal certainty.
Covenant is constantly growing our Dedicated Service Division, and searches for excellent experienced drivers to take on these new routes to provide high service levels to our account base. Below are details about our Dedicated Team program.
- - CA, Los Angeles Doubles (120 mile radius): Weekly home time
- - GA, Atlanta Doubles (120 mile radius): Weekly home time
- - IL, Chicago Doubles (150 mile radius): Weekly home time
- - UT, Salt Lake City Doubles (150 mile radius): Weekly home time
- - General System: Currently hiring general system team drivers - lower 48 states

- PAY: Dedicated pay varies by run. Call for details: 866-609-3620.
- SAFETY BONUS: $.01 per mile
- VACATION PAY: $500 per week
- HOLIDAY PAY: $50 per day (7 holidays per year)
- HOME TIME: Varies by account
- FREIGHT TYPE: Varies by account
- BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K. Call for specific plans and options.
- - 6 months verifiable interstate tractor trailer driving within last 12 months CDL experience
- - Must be 21 yrs of age
- - Must have HazMat endorsement
- - Verifiable employment for past 3 yrs
- - No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 yrs (no reckless driving in past 3 yrs)
- - No more than 1 preventable accident in motor vehicle in last 3 yrs
- - No DUI, drug/alcohol-related motor vehicle incidents - past 5 yrs (no more than 1 total)
- - No drug/violent felony convictions within past 10 yrs. No current parole or arrest warrants
- - Must pass drug test and DOT/Covenant physical and meet DOT driving standards
Please note: If you are disqualified at driver orientation for something you did not disclose to our recruiter prior to orientation, you will be responsible for your own transportation home. Examples of such non-disclosures include failure to report a felony charge under 10 years, exceeding maximum moving & accident violations, suspended license under 3 years, DWI/DUI under 5 years, reckless driving under 3 years, and positive drug screen.
